Laddu Gopal poshak is sold against the traditional Laddu Gopal size numbers — a size 4 means size four, not four inches. If you already know your Thakur Ji’s size number, order it. If not, send us a photo and we will tell you.

Measure your idol
Measure from the base to the top of the head, in inches, with a flat ruler held straight. Keep this number to hand — we use it to work out the size.

Match it to a size
If you already know your Thakur Ji’s size number, use it. Size numbers are the traditional Mathura–Vrindavan scale and are not the same as inches.

Check the singhasan
Make sure your chowki or singhasan leaves room for the skirt to sit flat once the poshak is on the murti.
