Mata Rani size guide
Mata Rani poshak is sized by the height of your idol in inches. Measure once, and the number you get is the size you order.

Measure your idol
Measure from the base/feet of the idol to the top of the head, excluding the mukut/crown, in inches, with a flat ruler held straight.
Hold the ruler parallel to the idol

Match it to a size
Your idol’s height in inches is the size. A 7-inch idol takes size 7.

Check the singhasan
Make sure your chowki or singhasan leaves room for the skirt to sit flat once the poshak is on the murti.

How do I measure my Mata Rani idol?
Measure from the base or feet of the idol to the top of the head, in inches, with a flat ruler held straight. Do not include the mukut (crown).
What size poshak does a 6 inch Mata Rani idol need?
Size 6. Mata Rani poshak is sized by the idol's height, so a 6-inch idol takes the 6 inch poshak and a 7-inch idol takes the 7 inch one.
My idol is between two sizes. Which should I order?
Message us before ordering with a photo of the idol and a ruler beside it. We will tell you which size will sit better. The same applies if she holds a trishul or khadga that changes how the lehenga falls.
What comes with a Mata Rani poshak?
Most designs are a lehenga with a matching chunni or patka, and a few include a chunri as well. Each product page lists exactly what is in the set under In the set.
Is the chunri sized as well?
Most of our chunri are free size. The red bandhani chunri comes in 4 and 6 inch to match the idol's height. You can see all of them in Mata Rani chunri.
