Shipping policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

We ship Krishu Poshak orders across India from our workroom in Haryana.

Delivery charges

• Orders under ₹999: ₹90 delivery per order
• Orders of ₹999 and above: free delivery

The delivery charge is added at checkout, before you pay, so you always see the full amount first.

Dispatch

Each poshak is made by hand in small numbers. For the dispatch time of a particular piece, or to track an order, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page.

Getting the size right before you order

Most delivery problems with poshak are really sizing problems. Check the Mata Rani size guide or the Laddu Gopal size guide, or send us a photo of your idol with a ruler beside it on WhatsApp and we will confirm the size before you order.

A problem with your order?

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will help you. The full terms are in our returns & refunds policy.
